How cancellations, returns, and store credit work.

Returns

Because our products are sensitive and need to stay cold, we can't accept returns once a product has been opened or its seal has been broken. We can't guarantee the quality of products that have left our facility.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or the temperature indicator shows a problem, please take photos and send them to our support team within 48 hours of getting your order.

Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a replacement or give you store credit.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once we've shipped it and a tracking number is generated, we can't cancel it anymore.
