Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of biochemical sequences and the requirement for strict cold-chain maintenance, returns of opened or unsealed research materials are strictly prohibited. We cannot guarantee the stability of sequences once they have left our controlled infrastructure.

If a transmission package arrives with structural damage or compromised temperature indicators, the researcher must document the anomaly immediately and transmit the data to our Support Terminal within 48 hours of reception.

Glacier Aminos will provide a replacement sequence or laboratory credit upon verification of the logistical error.

Order cancellation sessions must be executed before the sequence has been dispatched from our synthesis facility. Once a tracking identifier has been generated, the session is locked and cannot be reversed.
